Appiliy is an AI-powered application mockup builder that allows users to create app designs through natural language prompts. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate HTML-based mockups based on user descriptions.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Appiliy offers subscription plans with different feature tiers. By subscribing:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings
  • Credits do not roll over between billing periods

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Appiliy and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Reverse engineer or copy the Service's functionality
  • Use the Service for competitive analysis or building competing products

7. AI-Generated Content

The mockups generated by Appiliy are created using artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee that generated content will be free from errors or suitable for any particular purpose. Users are responsible for reviewing and modifying generated content before using it in production environments.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as Pexels for images). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPILIY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
